Admissions are conducted as per the rules of DVET, Government of Maharashtra.

Step 1
Online Registration
Register on the official Maharashtra Government ITI admission portal (admission.dvet.gov.in).

Step 2
Fill the Application
Enter personal details, educational qualification and the details of required documents.

Step 3
Choose Trade & Institute
Select Rajeev Gandhi Private ITI, Udgir and your preferred trades in the option form.

Step 4
Application Verification
Your information and documents are verified and the application is confirmed.

Step 5
Merit List & Seat Allotment
Merit lists are published and seats are allotted as per the admission rules.

Step 6
Report to the Institute
Allotted candidates report to the institute within the deadline for document verification.

Step 7
Admission Confirmation
Admission is confirmed after paying the applicable fees and completing the formalities.
Who Can Apply
Eligibility is decided as per the official rules of the selected trade.
- Electrician: 10th pass with Science & Mathematics, or equivalent as per rules
- Fitter: 10th pass with Science & Mathematics, or equivalent as per rules
- Surveyor: 10th pass, or equivalent as per the official syllabus
- Wireman: Educational qualification as per the official syllabus

Keep the following documents ready, as applicable:
- 10th (S.S.C.) mark sheet
- School Leaving Certificate
- Aadhaar card or valid identity proof
- Passport-size photographs
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Caste validity / Non-creamy layer certificate (if applicable)
- Domicile certificate or proof of residence (if applicable)
- Income certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of the online admission application
- Seat allotment letter and admission confirmation documents
Trades & Seats
NCVT-affiliated two-year engineering trades that combine classroom theory with hands-on workshop practice.
Electrician
Electrical wiring, electrical equipment, motors, maintenance and electrical safety.
